About Me

Hello! My name is Lili. Before becoming a personal trainer, I worked in the corporate world. Even though I was tied to a desk most of the day, I would exercise at my office's gym, sometimes getting coworkers to join me. I loved running everything from 5ks to half marathons.Then, motherhood came along. I learned how difficult it can be to stay strong while managing the demands of a family; not to mention recovering from injuries and childbirth. I love my babies. But being a mom can change our bodies and minds in ways we never would expect. With a lot of time, dedication, and toddler lifting, I got into the best shape of my life.

I know the demands that daily life can place on us. Sometimes it seems like just getting up, going to work, and taking care of your family is your limit. But the reality is, when we "place the mask on ourselves first," we CAN better care for those around us. Moms are my passion! I want to help you build, or rebuild, confidence in how your own body can adapt. My goal is for you to feel stronger. Every time. That means that after every session, you feel more confident. Or you lift a little heavier. Or you complete a few more reps than you did before.I would be honored to support you on your journey!
